ET Corp has acquired Fairgrounds International, a leading manufacturer of rollercoasters worldwide.
Fairgrounds International has been our customer, and partner, with exclusive rights to use our Magnetic Propulsion Technology on their state-of-the-art rollercoaster designs. Recently, a new market has emerged for upgrading existing rollercoaster with new technology to increase ridership.
Fairgrounds CEO, Ron Henry, will join our Executive Committee, and their Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Richard Findley III, will temporarily move to ET Headquarters to help establish our leadership position in this new market.
